About me

My journey into performance physical therapy started when I injured my shoulder during high school football. I took an immediate interest in the rehab process, but never believed it should just be me moving my shoulder side to side with tiny dumbbells and therbands. I wanted to get back to actual training for sport as fast as possible, so I took it upon myself to find that route and continue to do so with my clients.

Fast forward to a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Exercise Science, I received my final degree in the form of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023 and became licensed that year. In that time, I have worked both online and in-person with current and former NFL players, professional soccer players, professional pickleball players, collegiate track and field, basketball, football, and softball players, as well as high school athletes from any sport you could imagine. I pride myself in working with athletes and the active population while continuously striving to become a better physical therapist and coach to provide better outcomes and improved performance for my clients.

I started Royalty Performance PT with the thought process of bridging the gap between physical therapy and training for athletic or performance based endeavors, and I look forward to helping you reach yours.

Let’s run it.
